Because it’s a full 24 hours, you keep the wheels overnight in your secure location—no rushing back before close. Lock it in online or pull up to the hub to claim your ride and run the city. 🕒 Important Booking Info & No-Show Policy: Note on your booking confirmation: Your calendar reservation will display as a 1-hour time slot. Don't worry—you still get the scooter for a full 24 hours! This 1-hour window simply blocks the scooter from our inventory and holds it exclusively for your arrival. Arrival Window: We will hold your scooter for 1 hour from your scheduled start time. If you paid a $20 deposit: This deposit secures your ride and is non-refundable if you miss your window. If you paid in full: And you are a no-show, your payment will be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $20 holding fee.
